Brett's has 40 years as an entrepreneur experience , Starting and operating successful long term companies in finance and real estate development, and science. Brett’s work has led to the development and deployment of high output energy systems solutions. Brett's background in business contributes to the success in  deploying large scale energy projects for municipalities looking to generate energy from waste.  

John Sabo's background is in academia. John heads up the implementation of partnerships with corporations, non-profit organizations, and venture funds. John's is a nationally renowned river ecologist who studies the importance of water abundance. Concerned with industrial and agricultural pollution, equity of access to drinking water and sanitation, John is applying his knowledge to finding solutions at scales that matter. 

Eric Victor has over 30 years' experience in formulating and executing strategic plans  that bring success.  Eric's strategic plans have bolstered companies like Also Energy, Huber Engineered Materials, Siemens-Westinghouse Power Systems, General Electric and SM Energy.  Eric has led global merger integrations resulting in synergies that led to increasing revenues in tens of millions of dollars.
